Pegasus is an ECDA-registered centre, which means eligible families can access government subsidies to reduce monthly fees significantly.
Government Subsidies
Singapore citizen and PR families may qualify for monthly childcare subsidies through ECDA, significantly reducing out-of-pocket fees.

What age can my child start at Pegasus?
We welcome children from 18 months to 6 years across five programmes — Smart Toddlers, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2.
Are government subsidies available?
Yes. Pegasus is ECDA-registered, so eligible Singaporean families can receive the Basic and Additional childcare subsidies, and use the Baby Bonus CDA. We’ll help you work out your eligibility.
What documents do I need to enrol?
Typically your child’s birth certificate, both parents’ NRIC/passport, immunisation records and proof of address. We’ll send a full checklist with your enrolment pack.
Is there a school bus service?
Yes, a school bus service is available for many areas around Novena and beyond. Tell us your address and we’ll confirm routes and fees.
Can I visit before deciding to enrol?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Book a free, no-obligation school tour to see the classrooms, meet the teachers and ask any questions before you decide.
Are there spots available for mid-year intake?
Often, yes. Availability varies by programme and age group, so the quickest way to check is to send us an enquiry with your child’s age and intended start date.
My child is not a Singapore citizen — can they still enrol?
Yes. We are built for international and expatriate families. Non-citizens can enrol; government subsidies apply to citizens, but our team will walk you through fees clearly.
