お会いする保護者の多くが同じ問いを抱えています。Pegasus の答えをご紹介します。

Will my child adapt emotionally?

A new country and a new room is a big leap for a small person. Settling is gentle here — a key teacher, a predictable rhythm, and small classes mean your child is comforted by name on day one, not lost in a crowd.

Will language be a barrier?

No child is expected to arrive fluent. English, Mandarin and Japanese are woven through songs, stories and play, so your child absorbs them naturally — and a familiar home language is always welcomed, never corrected away.

Is the environment safe and nurturing?

We are ECDA-registered and aligned with Singapore’s NEL framework. Beyond compliance, what parents feel on a tour is the warmth: calm rooms, kind teachers, and children who are clearly happy to be here.

Will the curriculum support real growth?

Not too academic, not just play. Our Reggio Emilia–inspired projects follow your child’s real curiosity, building confidence, language and thinking — so school-readiness grows out of genuine engagement.

Three languages, one happy day

English, Chinese and Japanese — learned the way children learn best

Not flashcards. Languages live inside the day — in songs, stories, play and real conversations with teachers who speak them.

Hello

English

  • Morning circle, picture books and show-and-tell build a strong everyday vocabulary.
  • The shared language of the classroom, so every child belongs in the conversation.
你好

华语 · Chinese

  • Songs, counting games and stories make Mandarin tones feel natural, not drilled.
  • A native-speaking teacher means real conversation, not flashcards.
こんにちは

日本語 · Japanese

  • Greetings, routines and play introduce Japanese gently through the day.
  • A warm bridge for Japanese families — and a delight for everyone else.

One happy day, three living languages — picked up the way children pick up everything: by living it.

Reggio Emilia inspired

Learning that follows your child’s curiosity

Children are born investigators. Our teachers turn that natural wonder into real projects — not lessons to sit through.

Child-led inquiry

Teachers follow real questions children ask, turning them into projects that can last days or weeks.

Outdoor & nature

Gardening, mud-kitchen cooking and open-air games make the real world the third teacher.

Art & making

Paint, clay, light and loose parts let children express ideas in a hundred languages.

Music & movement

Songs and rhythm carry language, memory and joy — and they cross every culture in the room.

Sensory discovery

Water, sand and texture play build focus and fine motor skills before a pencil is ever picked up.

Stories & literacy

Daily reading in three languages grows vocabulary and a genuine love of books.

見学前によくいただく質問

What age groups does Pegasus accept?

We welcome children from 18 months to 6 years, across five programmes: Smart Toddlers, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2. Each class has a low teacher-to-child ratio so every child is genuinely known.

Is Pegasus suitable for international and expatriate families?

Yes — it is who we are built for. Families from Singapore, Japan, Korea, Europe and beyond learn together here, and our teachers are practised at settling children who are new to Singapore or new to English.

Do children need to speak English, Chinese or Japanese before joining?

No. Children arrive with all kinds of language backgrounds. Languages are absorbed naturally through songs, stories, play and everyday conversation, so your child picks them up at their own pace.

How do I book a school tour?

Use the tour form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your child’s age and a preferred date; we reply within one business day to confirm a free, no-obligation visit of about an hour.

A Reggio Emilia–inspired, inquiry-based approach aligned with Singapore’s Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) framework. Children lead the learning through projects, exploration and discovery rather than rote lessons.
